10-day Play & Train Package $2150*
This Package is great for anyone that is already bringing their pup to our Playcare on regular basis but would like to add training to the daily Playcare schedule; or for anyone that lives pretty close by and would like to drop off their dog at “school” in the mornings and pick them back up in the evenings to come home overnight and the weekend. This is a basic obedience program and will cover basic commands such as “come”, “sit”, “stay“, “on place”, “down” and “heel” and will include some excursions.
This package requires your pup to be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the evening for five (5) consecutive days (Mon-Fri). Upon pick-up on the 5th day there will be a little 30-45 min tutorial and “homework assignment” over the weekend. Then another five (5) consecutive days of “school” (MonFri). Upon pick-up on the 10th day there will be another 30-60 min tutorial, and all the guidance and instructions needed to continue solidifying these commands and strengthening their bond.
Additional Private Lessons can be purchased a la carte at $175/hr.
*All packages include e-collar and training leash ($250 value).
What is an “e-collar”?
An e-collar is comparable to what chiropractors use as treatment in e-stim therapy. The device has contact points that will directly “talk” to the muscle connecting the neck to the shoulder and is controlled by the handler via a remote control. This is never used as what may be known as “shockcollars” back in the days! This e-collar is used as a training tool to get a dog’s attention or to redirect focus back to the handler. Much as if you’d tap someone on their shoulder.
We do not advocate in any way that the e-collar may be used to scare a dog into compliance! Also: we do reserve the right to not release the e-collar to the dog’s owner should we have any doubt that the owner will use the e-collar responsibly and as instructed.
